I’m Satoshi Ishizaka and I help companies develop superb leadership talent in Japan.
Japan is changing like never before due to the rapidly ageing and declining population and the increasing influx of foreigners as workers, leaders, customers and residents. Also, many Japanese companies are expanding their overseas business for survival. This rapid social change could either be a great risk or a great opportunity for your business in Japan, depending on your ability to adapt to the rapid change, capitalize on the opportunities, and collaborate with global and local stakeholders.

Based on my 20 years of HR executive experience in Japan, constantly addressing issues between global and Japanese leaders, I know that many leaders are still frustrated and unable to demonstrate their true leadership talent.
 
Just like every flower has their blooming power already packed in their seeds from the beginning, leadership talent needs to unfold. I believe everyone already possesses superb leadership talent. It just needs to be activated.
 
Since October 2017, I have been helping presidents, executives and senior managers at some of the largest Japanese and global companies in Japan to activate their leadership talent.
