I learned the importance of sharing the same big picture with my colleagues and stakeholders. We always had difficulties to align ourselves. But now we know it was because we were looking at different pictures as the image of our company success. With Satoshi’s help, now we have the common strategic picture. I am very excited to see what we could achieve together with all my Japan leadership team colleagues with this newly built aligned Japan strategy.
